- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is a stellar place to go if you want to sit in a waiting room over 2 hours, watch the staff laugh about it, listen to a little elderly couple (who has been there even longer than you) say they'd get up and walk out of this terrible office if the treatment wasn't so urgent, receive no apology or explanation for the huge delay, watch the surgeon read your x-ray incorrectly (and then have to correct him, only to have him blame it on shadows), and then be condescended to by said doctor the rest of the appointment. We literally wasted an entire afternoon in this Godforsaken office, received no apologies, watched the nurse waste an additional 10 minutes looking for the file sent nearly a week ago by our orthodontist, dealt with a surgeon who seemed to have no bedside manner, particularly for a child suffering from autism, and were then pressured to have our son's wisdom teeth pulled in addition to the others. We walked out. And I'd do it again. The whole situation was totally unprofessional and unacceptable.July 07, 2017by BooShamrock
